Today let’s focus on the Psalms.
Psalm 31:7-8 used for the Entrance Antiphon today prays, “As for me, I trust in the Lord,.  Let me be glad and rejoice in your mercy for you have seen my affliction”
God knows what we’re going through, and we can trust that He will help us.
Today’s Psalm response from Psalm 30 tells us to “Sing praise to the Lord, you his faithful ones, and give thanks to his holy name.  God has changed my mourning into dancing; O Lord, my God, forever will I give you thanks.”
Can you give God Thanks even during this time of uncertainty?  Even in our current circumstances we still have much to be thankful for. Let’s try not to focus on our fears, and let’s turn our hearts to Thanks and Praise.  By thanking God and praising God, our hearts will be lighter.
 Let’s give it a try…
Here is a link to a simple song of praise that you can listen to.  I find myself singing it loudly to myself as I thank God and praise Him for all my blessings….Maybe you will to!

In Christ’s Peace…
