Applications are available below and needs to be turned in to the PARISH OFFICE for Fr. Tim's signature and Parish Seal. Upon Fr. Tim’s approval, your completed applications will be sent to the Office of Worship. Approved applicants should bring a Bible and a brown bag lunch or snack. Beverages will be provided.
