Baptisms at St. John Paul II Parish

Please complete the form below to get the process going to schedule your child's Baptism. We can schedule a date once the Parish Office has received the Godparent's Letters of Recommendation.*
  • *In the case of Baptismal sponsors, two Catholic Godparents (1 male, 1 female) is the norm. By exception, there may be one Catholic Godparent and one Christian Witness (Baptized Protestant). Christian Witnesses are also required to present a Letter of Recommendation from their pastor stating they are in good standing as members of their respective Church.

Parents are required to attend a Pre-Baptism Class within our parish for their first child or if it has been more than three years since their last class.

Baptisms will be done at 1:15 p.m. the first weekend of the month and the third weekend at the 9:30 or 12 Noon Mass. Please call the Parish Office for class info and scheduling a Baptism.

If your Godparents are from Saint John Paul II Parish, please have them complete the Request a Letter of Recommendation Form.
